The BIMA 100 is one of the most respected recognition programmes in British digital. Run by the British Interactive Media Association, it celebrates 100 individuals who are actively shaping the future of the UK's digital and creative landscape, selected by a panel of industry judges from across the digital sector.
Why this matters to us
Sarah has been at the heart of building Salo into what it is today. From defining how we work with clients, to the standards we hold ourselves to, to the culture that keeps the team doing their best work, her leadership runs through all of it.
Before she joined, Salo Creative had passion and talent in abundance, but we didn't yet have the operational strength we needed to scale in a sustainable way. Sarah changed that.
