We're partnering with The Agency Adventure

Salo announced as official Design Partner

By Sarah Levett

We work with agencies and in-house teams. That's always been the focus: embedding into creative teams, scaling design output, keeping it consistent and commercially grounded.

So when we met The Agency Adventure, the fit was obvious.

Partnerships like this are a natural part of how Salo operates. We're not a business that works in isolation. Over the years, we've built long-term relationships with specialists in their fields, people and businesses who complement what we do and who we trust to look after the people we refer. The Agency Adventure is exactly that kind of partner.

The Agency Adventure supports agency founders through the harder parts of building a business: growth, structure, positioning, and change. It's a different layer to what we do, but it sits right alongside it. Together, we cover more of the picture that agency founders actually need help with.

Carl Cahill, Salo's founder: "We often come in when an agency needs to scale design without overbuilding internally. But design is one part of a bigger picture. The Agency Adventure helps founders think about the whole thing. That's why this works."

We're already underway. Salo is working with The Agency Adventure on the evolution of their visual identity, making sure the brand reflects the calibre of thinking behind the business. You can read more about that work here.

Chris Bantock, Founder of The Agency Adventure: "We are working with agencies that really value brand and design, so it was important that we invested in how we show up, too. Salo understands agencies in a very real way, how they operate, how they scale, and where design fits into that.”

Going forward, Salo will be a recommended design partner within The Agency Adventure community. Where our clients need broader strategic support around growth or commercial structure, we'll point them to Chris. And where Agency Adventure founders need to strengthen their design capability, they'll hear about us.

Both businesses exist to help agencies build stronger, more sustainable models. We just come at it from different angles, and that's exactly what makes it work.
