We're looking for a motivated and talented student or recent graduate to join us for a 10-week summer internship. We're a tight-knit digital design studio, passionate about crafting beautiful, smart, and compelling designs for ambitious brands. We're a remote-first team, a proud Figma studio, and we genuinely love what we do!

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with our design team to execute real-world briefs to an industry standard
  • Interfacing with clients, partners and external teams to communicate briefs and establish responsibilities
  • Participating in creative workshops and ideation activities
  • Designing logical and purposeful solutions and developing creative ideas
  • Practising disciplines of digital design and brand design within a dedicated team
  • Presenting creative routes to the internal team and external clients
  • Absorbing and executing feedback from the internal team and external clients
  • Practising time management, organisation, communication & networking
  • Upskilling with design software and creative techniques

What you'll need:

  • You're studying or have recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar 
  • A strong portfolio that shows off your creative skills and keen eye for detail.
  • A good grasp of design software, such as the Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with Figma is a bonus
  • Great communication and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a real eagerness to learn!

The Details

  • When: 10 weeks over Summer 2026 (flexible dates)
  • Where: Remote-first, with monthly in-person team meetings in the Bournemouth/Dorset/Salisbury area. Optional co-working in Wareham or Poole
  • Pay: National Minimum Wage (based on age) for a 5-day week (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm)
